Description: Software development is an environment of constant change, presenting us with ongoing challenges and limitless possibility for growth. Idea generation is the basis of all our work, and when we develop our creative thinking muscles, we put ourselves in the position to make the most of these opportunities.

This talk explores the elements of creativity, the neuroscience of generating ideas, and the factors that support motivation.
