The Unconscious Dynamics of Self-organisation
Whether teams are organised top-down, or allowed to organise themselves, there are always powerful dynamics at play that operate beyond the conscious awareness of those involved.
What are these dynamics? How can we become more aware of them? And is it possible to intentionally contain, transform and re-direct deep-lying dynamic energy?
This talk will integrate insights from the fields of systems psychodynamics and complexity theory in order to provide an introductory glimpse of the enormous influence of the unconscious mind on the complex process of enabling teams to self-organise.
