JHB – Ubuntu: Humanity in agile
February 10 @ 18:00 - 19:00 SAST
In line with the Agile20Reflect festival in February, our meetup theme is ‘Ubuntu: Humanity in agile’.
This topic will look at how agile ways of work are applied to humanize the world of work. We will be looking at how we have applied agile ways to embrace the humanity, build awesome stuff, achieve synergy and grow as a community. We are more powerful when we come together.
We will have a speaker to introduce the topic and share their experiences. Thereafter, we will open the floor to the audience to share their experience of how they have experienced ubuntu through agile.
A little bit about our speaker: Preasan Naidoo
He is an experienced agile consultant, trainer and facilitator at IQbusiness who is driven by making a positive impact in the spaces and with the people that he comes across.
He has occupied various roles in the financial services industry involving software development, business analytics as well as agile strategy and implementation with the goal to improve workflows, efficiencies and encourage sustainable and collaborative teamwork.
“I am open to new and extraordinary thinking which is why I enjoy exposing myself to challenging situations which allows me to learn, grow and offer immense value.” – Preasan
