Scaling Agile has long been feared by novices and experienced practitioners alike. A common question in training courses and coaching workshops is “how do I apply method X when I have Y products and Z people?”.
The answers are both obvious (stick to Agile principles) and complex (every situation is unique). In this session I will engage participants in exploring and sharing their own experiences. And I will share my own exploration of and experiences in helping organisations apply Agile at scale over the past 8 years with 100 teams. I will expand on the writing I have done on this topic in Do Better Scrum and my blog. Together we will explore things to try and to improve.
