Bilikiss Adebiyi-Abiola

Bilikiss Adebiyi-Abiola

Bilikiss Adebiyi-Abiola is the CEO and Co-Founder of Wecyclers, a social enterprise working to provide households in low-income communities with value from their waste. Wecyclers is the recipient of multiple awards and has been highlighted in The Economist, and CNN among others.

Bilikiss is a graduate of Fisk University, Vanderbilt University and MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Bilikiss worked for 5 years as a Software Engineer at IBM where she worked to develop social networking software for large organizations.

While at MIT, Bilikiss was a Legatum Fellow at MIT’s Legatum center for Development and Entrepreneurship. Bilikiss is a Carroll Wilson Fellow, an Echoing Green Fellow and a 2013 recipient of the Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards.

Steve Holyer

Steve Holyer serves as advocate, trainer, coach and mentor for companies, leaders and change agents looking for a better way of working, using Agile practices in a productive, fulfilling, and fun way.

He learned his craft serving as a Scrum Master with multiple teams and organisations, so he knows how to change an organisation from the inside. He has adapted years of project management and development experience into a passion for trusting and coaching managers and teams to get unstuck and deliver delightful results.

Steve is an American based in Zurich Switzerland. He speaks at numerous conferences world-wide and works with clients in many industries including telecommunications, e-commerce, web publishing and financial services.
