Angie is an Agile Consultant at IQ Business focusing on training, coaching and consulting in Product Ownership and Agile Business Analysis. She has more than 17 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry and has been a practicing business analyst for the past 10 years. Prior to joining IQ, Angie gained extensive experience in the business process outsourcing industry where she cultivated her passion for process excellence. Angie is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified SAFe Agilist, Object Management Group Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB2), Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified BPMN Professional, and holds a Diploma in Business Analysis.Dillon comes from a commercial and e-commerce background and has fulfilled varied roles during his career, whilst living in the UK for 12 years. These include Customer Relations Manager, Commercial Buyer, Marketing, Project Management and IT Management. He soon discovered his passion for IT and progressed into a more technical role, heading up the IT Department of a successful E-Commerce company in the UK. During this time, Dillon discovered Scrum, born through frustrations of managing software development projects using the traditional waterfall approach. Dillon’s passion and dedication enables him to share his experience by helping and coaching individuals, teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Management Teams in the Lean and Agile approach. Dillon is a Certified Scrum Professional and has fulfilled the role of Product Owner for 5 years and Scrum Master and coach for 4 years. He also has a green belt in Lean Six Sigma. He is currently a committee member of the Johannesburg chapter of the Scrum User Group of South Africa.
