Description: “Every human interaction offers you the chance to make things better or to make things worse.” Barbara Brown Taylor
In observing agile teams in action, I have come to appreciate that the better the quality of interactions within the team and between teams, the better the quality of the code. But what tools do we have to examine and improve our interactions? This session will experientially explore how to use the Satir Interaction Model to examine and debug interactions. You will gain insight into how other people process information, but most importantly what you can do to improve your own interactions.
