She has more than 17 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry and has been a practicing business analyst for the past 10 years. Prior to joining IQ, Angie gained extensive experience in the business process outsourcing industry where she cultivated her passion for process excellence. Angie is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified SAFe Agilist, Object Management Group Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB2), Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified BPMN Professional, and holds a Diploma in Business Analysis.
