Team building is a process. We choose individuals and interactions over process. Then what do we need to get right first?
Through years of training, team building and other “corrective” actions – people stop realising that they are individually responsible for their actions in a team.
Individuals who own their responsibility in relation to the team will actively work towards supporting a positive dynamic within the team. Only with that in place can the process that is “team building” actually happen.
The question then becomes: How do you own your responsibility in the team?
In this interactive workshop you will experience the difference between observations and judgments. The difference between a map and the territory. And all the ways that we all make the same mistakes over and over.
You will walk out of this workshop with new skills that you can use to get better at owning your slippers.
