DiversiTEA is everywhere; but only when we put the kettle on, do we hear the sounds of intergenerational, multicultural, gender inclusive TEAms come together and talk! Talk about: enTEApreneurship, market-accessibilTEA, AgiliTEA, interoperabiliTEA and all other things that make socieTEA dance!

ABOUT THE SPEAKER: “A tale of two sides to BUSIness”:

I’m a skilled, energetic and creative millennial with both corporate and enTEApreneurship experience: +10 years exp. in corporate in organizations such as FNB, Absa(Barclays), MultiChoice Africa & Mastercard – focusing on the product management & business development of innovative financial & digital payment solutions such as mobile-money, XB remittances, pay-tv bills , card & QR code payments for the African continent – and – +3 years revealing my entrepreneurial spirit “starting start-ups” (namely AWEddingday, LoveTEAtime & Inclusiion Fusion) and expanding products such as Kericho Gold Tea onto eCommerce platforms such as Takealot, brick n mortar retailers such as SPAR, Crafters Market as well PopUp markets & other channels. I consult(ed) to fintechs namely Yoco, uKheshe; part of building a savings-led digital bank at Momentum (Transactional Banking) as well as enabling payments for MultiChoice Connected Video (ShowMax/DStvNow). I am a young, confident black female (women) who possess strong interpersonal skills; I have the ability to bring these two experiences of BUSIness together to promote an inclusive culture across different spectrums.
