Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.

This session is in person and will start at 7:30am hosted at Discovery

(1 Discovery Place and the venue is called “The Forum Cuisine” on the ground floor)

Guiding Principles and some rules:

• The “Law of Mobility”. If you find yourself in a situation where you are neither learning nor contributing, use your virtual feet and move on.
• Whoever joins are the right people. Whatever happens, is the only thing that could have.
• Have fun!
