Lean Coffee is a format for interesting people to have interesting conversations. Note that ‘Lean’ refers to the structure and not necessarily what we talk about.

Lean Coffees are regular, short, open space style discussions, plus Great Coffee.

Topic Scope: Lean, Kaizen, Business (software, culture, methodology and philosophy). Less engineering practise and more bridging gaps between business, technical and culture.
